Circle of Hagenauer Werkstatte (Austrian, founded 1927-1987). Set of six 1930s Art Deco Austrian cold painted bronze miniature or diminutive figures in the form of African people in a variety of poses including holding almond shaped shield and spears, carrying woven baskets, dancing and playing musical instruments. Some indistinguishably marked on bottom. All resting on a oval black lacquered base with three bracket feet. Tallest figure height approximately 5.1". Smallest figure height approximately 3.75". Provenance: From the Private Collection of Benno & Babette Rothschild, Columbus, Georgia.
