Federal Cherry Serpentine Drop-leaf Table, New England, c. 1795-1810, the top on a cutout apron joining square molded tapering legs, refinished, ht. 27 1/2, wd. 35 3/4, dp. 17 1/2 in. Estimate $400-600 This table is very attractive. The center board is two pieces of cherry that have been re glued together and nailed down with tiny nails that are barely noticeable. The table has a mellow color. Items may have wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging.
