Two Slip-decorated Baluster-form Pearlware Pitchers, England, mid-19th century, with thin black bands, and central "earthworm"-decorated bands, molded leaf terminals, ht. to 6 1/4 in. Estimate $300-500 The pitcher on the left side of the catalog image has a chip on the inside of the rim and a chip on the side of the spout; the pitcher on the right has evidence of repair to the handle and a hairline crack on the bottom.
