Folio, number 211 of 2,500 portfolios printed on Mandeure paper with etched frontispiece and twelve color plates by Salvador Dali, loose as issued in original brown cloth chemise and quarter brown morocco and linen folding case with bone clasps (one clasp missing), 17 x 11 1/2 in. Estimate $2,000-3,000 Short tear at bottom edge of frontispiece plate not extending to the plate mark; pages and plates have subtle toning and occasional light handling marks; clamshell box is missing one keeper and one keeper is detached; light wear to exterior; interior has some lifting of lining.
