Mission Malayer Rug, Iran, c. 1910, featuring a large quatrefoil medallion on a dark blue vine-covered field, ivory corners each with a peacock, 6 ft. 4 in. x 4 ft. 8 in. Estimate $800-1,000 Very good condition, very good color, pile, weave, drawing, and wool quality, re-selvedged missing approximately 1/4 inch at upper end.
