Four Hungarian Silver Candlesticks, probably early 18th century, maker's "E. D," each with engraved accents on octagonal bases, ht. 6 in., approx. 37.8 troy oz. Provenance: H.S. Wellby, London 1960. Estimate $2,000-4,000 Two rock very slightly- one stick bent off-kilter (base pushed into foot) and the other also bent very slightly and with small dent to corner of footrim . All with age-typical surface wear, minor abrasions. Items may have wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging.
