Grinding chips to one bookend and to base of nude sculpture, all in the making. Base of nude sculpture slightly uneven due to aforementioned grinding chips. Winter sculpture measures 8 3/4 inches tall. Bookends each measure 5.5 x 6 x 2.5 inches.
Lot is comprised of a bucking bronco by Cowan Pottery, a female nude sculpture by Thelma Frazier Winter, and a pair of seahorse bookends by Walter Sinz. Incised signature to base of each bookend ‘Wa Sinz’. USA, early 20th century
