Gilt surfaces are original, displaying scattered points of loss, flaking and discoloration throughout.
Hand chair: Several fissures with associated flecks, largest from underside of chair to top of backrest. Small 1/4" x 1/8" chip/loss to thumbnail. Figure: Lacking tray. Repair to neck, nose and right hand. Pinhole to left side of head. A couple of fissures to forearms and body.
Signed to underside of each example ‘Pedro Friedeberg’. Sold with digital copy of a certificate of authenticity from Galeria Edan, Mexico.
