Altman (1909-1967), Los Angeles, California Acquired from the above by the Denver Art Museum, 1964 Minor marks, scratches, nicks and abrasions throughout, consistent with age. Loss to proper right tip of the ear. Small crack to proper left side on reverse, with traditional iron staple repair. Old chipping to inside tips of horns, possibly made during production. Old inventory number in white ink: '1964-296' on underside of rim. In black ink: '765' and '400-QA-Ex' on inside. Blue pigment present on inside.
