Diego Rivera (Mexico, 1886-1957) colored pencil drawing, framed under plexiglass, and signed upper left "Diego Rivera". Titled "Estudio", and was created as a drawing for the north wall of Rivera's Detroit Industry series "Man and Machine" at the Detroit Museum of Fine Arts. Comes complete with certificate of authenticity, please see photographs. Has framed height of 20", with width of 24", and a sight image height of 11-1/2" with width of 15-1/2". In overall good condition, all measurements are approximate. Provenance: from the estate of a South Carolina collector, who wishes to remain anonymous. It is our recommendation that all pieces must be examined in person by perspective clients or a dealer they have asked to give them a condition report.
