T," possibly William Turner & Co., the reticulated cover with a stylized Celtic design and inscription "Gather ye roses while ye may" centering an enameled rosette, the chalice-form bowl on a wide reticulated stem with enameled rosette medallions on a spreading foot, ht. 6 3/4 in., approx. 23.1 troy oz.
