Alec Guinness “The Swan” Pair of Costume Pants. [Hollywood], 1956. Thick blue wool pants with red stripes down the leg, bearing an MGM label on the waistline inscribed with Guinness’s name. Worn by Guinness as Prince Albert, the leading male role in the historical romance following the prince as he searches Europe for a wife. Guinness is best known today for his role as Ben“Obi-Wan” Kenobi in episodes four through six of the Star Wars franchise. Mild signs of wear including yellowed waistline and specks and scuffs on the legs.
