Chinese, second half of 20th century. Large famille rose decorated porcelain floor vase with ruffled rim above neck decorated with flowers and circular medallions with floral and prunus fruit clusters with lappet banding, neck with two large gilt applied handles, exterior of body with birds (cranes, phoenix, and others) amid peonies and cherry blossoms. Underside with smudged red character seal stamp. Approximate height 54.5". diameter of mouth 15.5".
