Unique hand-painted, glazed terra-cotta tile, 7 11/16 x 7 5/8 in. (19.4 x 19.3 cm), framed. Condition: Good. Provenance: From the estate of the artist to the estate of Jacqueline Picasso; through to Etienne Sassi, Inc.; through to the Hammer Galleries, New York; to the current private Massachusetts collection. Exhibitions: Hommage à Jacqueline Picasso , Galerie Sassi Milici, Vallauris, France, July 21-September 10, 1990; Picasso - Unique Ceramics , Nassau County Museum of Art, Roslyn Harbor, New York, November 16, 1996-January 26, 1997.
