Chinese, likely 20th century. Yuan style blue and white porcelain jardiniere or fish bowl form wall pocket with stylized lappet banding at top above flying winged bat (symbol of prosperity) above two prunus (peach) fruits above a butterfly form kite with tasseled end amid lotus flowers and scrolled foliates. Unmarked. Back of diminutive wall pocket with holes for mounting on wall. Approximate height 3.25", width 5", depth 2.4".
