An Aesthetic Movement tortoiseshell bamboo and lacquered cabinet or bookcase, having a scrolled openwork partial gallery, over a black lacquered top decorated with gilt and red flowers, with two glass doors, opening to reveal bowed shelves, with rattan sides, with splay bamboo front legs. Apparently unmarked. Approximate height 50.825", width 30.25", depth 12.25".
