Large framed hand painted Neoclassical style room panel in oil on open weave canvas depicting an blue stylized batwing arch at top above icicle covered flared fountain above oval medallion at center with cheerful winter figural scene of people ice skating and playing on frozen river, bare trees on banks, view of building at left, above a winged allegorical male head with long white beard, surrounded by bellflowers and scrolled foliates on cream colored ground with shaped salmon colored border. Unsigned. Framed approximately 92" x 86".
