19th C Shaker Fingerlap Firkin with stave construction and two horizonatal bentwood hoops with chamfered fingers. Bentwood swing handle attached with two carved "ears" and leather keepers on the retention pins. The bucket in old yellow paint and swing handle in old red paint; measures approximately 13" high and 9-3/8" in diameter. Signature in script to the bottom.
