Continental, late 20th century. A low, oval form porcelain foot basin, having a flared rim and two handles, the body painted blue and decorated to the interior and exterior with scalloped floral transfer roundels, each with blue, white, and pink flowers, the interior rim with gilt scallops in a blue border, with allover applied gilt decoration. Spurious mark to underside. Approximate height 8", width 22", depth 14.8".
