Continental, mid 20th century. A red lacquered pagoda form birdhouse, with four graduated square tiers, each with a planked roof with scalloped banding, with painted gold detailing, the uppermost topped with a turned finial, with a round window and a shaped door, on a square graduated and molded base with ball feet. Apparently unmarked. Approximate height 52", width 17", depth 16.75".
