19th/20th century the body of compressed pear shape, carved on both sides with stylized taotie masks formed by kuilongs in profile, the neck flanked by two beast's mask and ring handles, the domed cover surmounted by a seated mythical beast, raised on a pierce carved wood stand. Height: 10 inches. Overall good condition with no apparent chips, hairlines or restoration. The cover is glued to the body, the vase is glued to the stand. The stand is in good condition.
