Banksy's print was a critique on the derivative nature of art, that all images are rec-cycled and re-purposed by generations of artists and thus his graffiti artist is chained or walked by Haring's dog. RYCA continues to play with this imagery and the idea of "No New Art" by having a phantom walk a Star Wars droid.
