Chinese, Qing Dynasty Yongzheng Period mark (1723-1735), likely 20th century. A flambe glazed archaic form porcelain hu vessel comprising a tall ring foot issuing pear shaped body with tubular "ear" handles on the incurvate shoulder, allover with fine sanguine to blue flambe glaze. Underside with impressed four character apocryphal mark for the Yongzheng imperial reign. Approximate height 13", diameter 10".
