A group of five plaques and one award from Memphis, Tennessee: three are from the Memphis Chapter of The National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences Inc. recognizing Jerry Lee Lewis as Premier Keyboard Player (1991), two of which are Premier Pianist awards (1989). The fourth is a plaque from the Memphis Police Association 1990 Nissan Celebrity Classic inscribed "Driver" and "Jerry Lee Lewis." The fifth is a Memphis Park Commission 1993 Softball League Champions plaque, with a photograph of Kerrie Lewis receiving the award. Together with a marble Memphis Music Pyramid Award presented to Jerry Lee Lewis at The Blues Ball on October 2, 1998.
