Arts & Crafts Amethyst and Turquoise Bracelet, Attributed to Dorrie Nossiter, set with clusters of circular-cut amethysts with cabochon turquoise accents, silver and silver-gilt mount, lg. 6 3/4 in. Note: In Jewelry and Metalwork in the Arts & Crafts Tradition , Elyse Zorn Karlin states that Nossiter's designs are "primarily dependent on a pattern of color from the gems which are set it claw settings." Apparently Nossiter was a "flamboyant figure with a love for champagne."
