Pieced and Appliqued Cotton Tulip Pattern Quilt with Vine Border, "CHARITY WHICKKAR 1851" the quilt composed of twenty-five squares with red and green calico printed cotton appliqued tulips on a white ground set on point alternating with quilted white cotton squares on point bordered on three sides with a green calico meandering vine, one end with appliqued name of the maker and year made, with green calico edging, white backing, quilted with feather and diagonal line stitches, (wear, fading, light staining, patch), 82 x 82 in.
