Mikhail Aleksandrovich Kupriyanov (Russian, 20th Century) Children on Sleds Signed in Cyrillic l. r., inscribed and dated "...1956" in Cyrillic on the reverse. Oil on canvas, 27 1/4 x 39 in. (69.2 x 99.7 cm), framed. Condition: Lined, retouch, craquelure. The lining is adhered with wax. Retouch predominant to the u.r. and l.l. quadrants, with the largest area approx. 2 1/2 x 1 1/2 in. in the l.l. quadrant. Extremely mild scattered craquelure is stable. Provenance: A corporate art collection.
