Art Deco Platinum and Diamond Pendant Watch, the silvertone dial with Arabic numeral indicators, enclosing Avia Watch Co. 15-jewel movement no. 2069, the bezel set with old single-cut diamond melee, joined to an associated old European and old single-cut diamond melee geometric element, approx. total diamond wt. 1.50 cts., millegrain accents, case no. 1066, signed J. Depollier & Son, dial signed Cartier, lg. 1 3/4 in. Watch Both elements are period, but the piece is likely a marriage, probaby a former wristwatch, there is a shadow evidence of old findings on the side of the case, and of course the dial would not be facing outward, and oriented sideways no French marks anywhere, no Cartier signature anywhere but the dial movement is running, even the dial signature does not look to be quite in the old style, dial was refinished 21.4 g pin itself has all single-cuts, nicely set and pleasant stones, one with glue residues
