Nickel Plated Equalizing Lever Spring Clock Movement by Atkins, Whiting & Company, Bristol, Connecticut, c. 1850-55, the 30-day lever spring movement, now with the frame and springs nickel plated, brass timepiece with conventional non-rolling verge escapement, later porcelain dial with Arabic numerals, all on an ebonized base and enclosed within a glass dome, ht. 20 in.
