(57.8 x 74.3 cm), unframed. Landscape signed and dated "E. Boott / 1884-" l.l., inscribed on the reverse, watercolor on paper, sight size 14 1/2 x 21 in. (36.8 x 53.3 cm), framed. Condition: Lined, tape to tacking edges, bloom, craquelure, surface grime, Landscape not examined out of frame. Provenance: Descended within the family of the artist. Watercolor with toning, mat burn, rippling and foxing visible within beveled mat, not examined out of frame; oil with mildewing and/or blooming varnish, scattered retouch predominately to l.r. quadrant.
