Federal Coin Silver Covered Sugar and Creamer, Philadelphia, c. 1811, Ward & Cox, makers, bulbous ovoid, with leaftip tooled angular handles, with reeded upper rim, and shell-tooled footrim, sugar lid with flame finial, monogrammed, sugar ht. 6 1/4, creamer ht. 5 in., approx. 24 troy oz. creamer with significant dings to bulbous portion of body, with bends and tear to spout, and metal tear to rim near handle join. sugar with dings to edge of lid, repair to base of one handle, and top of other handle (where handles conjoin body). minor age wear.
