Attributed to Jean Marc Nattier (French, 1685-1766) The Painter of Flowers Unsigned, loan label from the Minneapolis Institute of Arts on the backing. Pastel on paper, 24 1/2 x 19 3/4 in. (62.2 x 50.0 cm), framed. Condition: Tears and creases, minor pigment displacement, not examined out of frame. Given the condition of the paper and the delicate nature of pastels in general, we cannot remove this work from its frame. Although it has not been removed from its frame, there are no other visible condition issues to report.
