Attributed to Baker Furniture Co. (American, founded 1903), second half 20th century. A matched pair of Regency style tub bergere chairs, each with black lacquered frame having molded downswept arms terminating in parcel gilt decorated leopard masks continuing to cabriole style legs with front hairy paw feet. The upholstered back, sides and seat covered in a complimenting green and back floral fabric. Apparently unmarked. Approximate height 33.5", width 28.5", seat depth 21", seat height 17.5".
