Gillows of Lancaster (English, 1731-early 1900s), 19th century. A fine satin birch chest of drawers having a rectangular twin-board top with molded edge over a pair of short drawers and three graduated long drawers, each with individual locking mechanisms and turned wood pulls on a plinth base. Impressed stamped to upper right drawer 'GILLOWS LANCASTER'. Approximate height 35", width 43.5", depth 21.87".
