Johannes Andersen (Danish, 1903 - 1991), for J. Skaaning & Son of Denmark. circa 1960s. Mid century modern free standing bar cabinet , Model SK66, in teak decorated to both sides with cross grained elliptical marquetry and having a hinged flip top & pull down front opening to reveal a black laminated work surface, mirrored backing, nine inset bottle holders and two floating glass shelves. Additional features include 3 central storage cubbies with single door slider & adjustable shelf/tray, a lower drop down compartment with additional inset holders for nine bottles. The 'front' of the bar is mounted at the base with a chromed steel foot rest. Apparently unmarked. Approximate height 44.12", width 45.12", depth 15.75" (including foot rest).
