Romero Britto (American, (Miami, Florida), b. 1963), "Sexy"-2010, enhanced serigraph on canvas, signed lower left in metallic pen, stamp on verso of canvas with artist studio marks, titled and limited edition "21/100". Modern figural print depiction a male and female couple, woman with head tilted downward, long brown hair and red glitter embellished lips, wearing green sparkling earrings and heart tattoo on neck; male lover standing behind female with head tilted, eyes closed and lips puckered in anticipation, various colorful patterns composing couple's body. In custom frame with alternating mats with compositional elements relating to original work approximately 29.5" x 40.75". Unframed approximately 22" x 32.5". Note: Romero Britto is a noted American/Brazilian Pop Artist working out of Miami, Florida. In 1988, he worked for Absolut Vodka's "Absolut Art" campaign with world-renowned artists such as Andy Warhol and Keith Haring. The New York Times noted that his work "exudes warmth, optimism and love." Britto has an extensive exhibition history including internationally notable galleries and museums including the Salon de la Societe Nationale des Beaux Arts exhibition at the Carrousel du Louvre in 2008 and 2010.
