Marble plinth embellished with bronze ormolu, surmounted by figure of mercury resting on rocky formation over cylindrical clock and holding gilded bronze lidded touchier. Enamel clock dial inscribed " Courvoisier Comp". French hallmarks on silver figure of Mercury.
