MINIATURE, NO. 114 COLT SINGLE ACTION ARMY, REVOLVER PRESIDENTIAL EDITION, #100/1500:miniature revolver; U.S. Historical Society Presidential Edition #100/1500; Identical to Serial No. 114 Colt Peacemaker Single Action Army Revolver, 1" = 2 1/8" scale; having a one piece hand checkered ivory grip, hand decorated with traditional Colt engraving patterns on the barrel, frame, cylinder, ejector rod housing, backstrap, and trigger guard strap with the cylinder, ejector rod housing, hammer, and trigger plated in 24kt gold. The barrel, frame, trigger guard and grip straps are plated in Sterling silver. The Presentation case consists of American cherry wood lined in velvet with an etched Colt insignia upper right on the glass lid. Mounted on the velvet below the barrel is a brass plaque inscribed: "No. 114 Single Action Army Presidential Edition Colt Firearms United States Historical Society".
