DUTCH SILVER TEA CADDY, DATED 1898, H 5", DIA 3 1/4":Cylindrical silver tea caddy with hinged lid, raised on four ball feet; engraved at the bottom "M.C.M., July, 1898". Hallmarks include the lion passant with 2 (indicating .833 standard) and a key, also a ship enclosed and H (see additional photo). Measures H.1 1/2" x 10" x 5 1/2". Weighs approximately 5.9 troy oz.
