VICTORIAN STERLING GILT OPEN SALTS, SHEFFIELD, 1874-75, SET OF FOUR, DIA 3 1/4", WITH SIMILAR SPOONS: In the Renaissance Revival taste, including 4 sterling silver open salts with repousse motif about the rim of cherubs, masks and shields, raised on three winged female warrior feet, stamped hallmarks at the underside (see additional photo). Together with a set of 4 coordinating silverplate spoons by Elkington & Co., Sheffield. Sterling silver salts total approximately 8.0 troy oz. Eight pieces total.
