Louis XV Giltwood Wall Barometer, with a painted circular dial, signed "Par L. Monty," and lower mercury thermometer with a painted backing; frame with a ribband and foliate garland crest, with additional foliate and vine-work carving extending up the sides, ht. 40 1/2 in. Probably mid-19th century. Does not appear to be working. Wood is warped so that bottom sticks out about 4 in. from the wall. Age typical wear.
