George L. Wilstach (American, 1891-1973) Two Landscapes: The First Snow and Red Barn in Snow Signed "Geo. Wilstach" l.l. and l.r., respectively, First Snow titled on the back of the frame. Oil on canvas and artist board, respectively, sizes to 25 x 28 in. (63.7 x 71.0 cm), framed. Condition: Both with surface grime, First Snow with scattered minor paint losses and with accretions and paint losses to l.r. corner. Provenance: Acquired c. 1930-40 in Indiana, then by family descent.
