A bronze medallion presented to Pelé by the Pelé Little Prince Research Institute, whose goal is to reduce child and adolescent mortality. The obverse of the medal features a portrait of Pelé kissing a football and the words "Instituto Pelé Pequeno Principe Pesquisa em Saúde da Criança e do Adolescente, 26 de Abril de 2006" [Institute Pelé Little Prince Research in Child and Adolescent, April 26, 2006].
