A group of four wood plaques presented to Jerry Lee Lewis. The first is a declaration of "The Legendary Jerry Lee Lewis Day" on April 25, 1998, in appreciation of Lewis' support to his community and county by the Southaven Spring Festival and Founders Day Commission, together with a photograph of Lewis receiving the plaque. The second and third plaque are in appreciation of Lewis' participation in the 26th and 29th Annual George Klein Christmas Charity Show benefitting MIFA and the Memphis Food Bank on December 18, 1989, and December 20, 1992. The fourth is presented to Lewis, "The Killer," in grateful appreciation for dedicated service to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital and "The Children of the World" from founder Danny Thomas in 1976.
