A Colombian Football Federation National Order of Sporting Merit medal presented to Pelé in 1984. The medal features the logo of the Colombian Football Federation and is looped through a yellow, blue and red cord, the colors of which correspond with the colors of the flag of Colombia. The medal is accompanied by three additional pins that are affixed to the interior of the red felt case that houses the medal. The medal is also accompanied by an Order of National Sports Merit certificate dated July 16, 1984, and a Colombian Football Federation Pennant.
