A set of medals presented to Pelé when he was honored with the Order of the Republic of Hungary. The set includes a white enamel cross with a red and green enamel badge in the center is attached to a green ribbon with red and white stripes. A smaller version of this medal is attached to a triangular green ribbon. Affixed to the triangle is a smaller white enamel cross with a red enamel center.
