A group of items presented to Pelé from the US state of Texas including a framed honorary citizen certificate presented to Pelé by the city of Dallas, Texas. Hand signed by the mayor and secretary and dated July 25, 1975. Accompanied by an honorary Texas Brags citizenship certificate presented to Pelé by the "Empire" of Texas. Hand signed by an "Authorized Texan" and also dated July 25, 1975. The certificates are accompanied by a green badge that reads "The Next Pelé is Alive and Playing in Texas," and a key to the city of Dallas.
