A silver tone circular medal and "Distinguished Guest of Mexico City" certificate awarded to Pelé on November 30, 2007, during his visit to Mexico City. The medal is engraved with Pelé's birth name "Edson Arantes do Nascimento" around the edge with "Pelé" engraved into the center of the medal. The medal is looped through a black cord and is housed in a black presentation box. The certificate is signed in ink by Marcelo Ebrard Casaubon, then Head of the Government of the Federal District.
