A trophy given to Pelé by the champions of the 1991 Copa Libertadores de America tournament, Colo-Colo FC of Macul, Santiago, Chile. Colo-Colo defeated Olimpia of Paraguay with a 3-0 aggregate score in the final to become the first Chilean team to win a Copa Libertadores. The silver tone trophy on a painted-brown metal base is a stylized version of the Copa Libertadores trophy.
