A gold tone medallion presented to Pelé in 1978 by Radio Caracas TV (RCTV) in Caracas, Venezuela, and the Horangel y Los Doce del SignoTV special featuring astrologer Horacio Germán Tirigall, popularly known as Horangel. The front of the medallion features a Scorpio zodiac symbol with lettering that reads "Horangel y Los Doce del Signo/ Edson A./ do Nascimento." The back of the medallion is engraved "Recuerdo A Nuestro Invitado Especia/ 1978/ Radio/ Caracas/ T.V." [I remember our special guest/ 1978/ Radio/ Caracas/ T.V.].
